Begüm has completed her higher education in BSc Electronics Engineering at Koç University in 2016. After graduation she settled into digital marketing in one of the global FMCG companies where she managed content marketing and SEO projects for beauty products. She then moved to a global bank where she managed 7 figure paid media budgets and nationwide digital campaigns. She then transferred to a D2C company where she led performance marketing, focusing on customer acquisition and growth.

Early 2021 she relocated to London and started her consulting business helping small D2C stores on shoestring budgets. That's how the idea for an online course for Shopify store owners came to life, to create an accessible source of knowledge for every online store owner who wants to manage their Meta Ads on a budget.
